Tagging and schedule updates ran about 20 hours per project in ideal conditions, across up to four people. I designed an ML-assisted workflow for that work, where reviewers saw how sure the model was on every row as their fixes trained the next version.

Reporting Dashboard
A native charting system replacing hand-built Power BI reporting on a platform serving 90+ construction projects, and the reporting dashboard designed around it. The two highest-volume charts migrated first, taking their share of a 12-hour per-project report build with them. The case study walks through the chart-by-chart decisions, including prototyping in Recharts via Claude Code.
