AI Workflow
An ML-assisted workflow that replaced a manual tagging process running about 20 hours per project. The model proposes WBS codes with confidence scores, the Customer Service team confirms only the flagged rows, and every save trains the next run. Its correction loop became the template for the platform’s second ML feature. Prototyped in Claude Code.

Reporting Dashboard
A native charting system and reporting dashboard replacing hand-built Power BI reporting across 90+ construction projects. Setup for the first two migrated charts dropped from 12 hours per project to zero, and the 4-hour update cycle went with it. The case study walks through the chart-by-chart decisions, including prototyping in Recharts via Claude Code.
